Sales Manager - South Florida

Job description

Visualogyx is looking to add an elite Sales Manager professional to its team. This position will report directly to the Sales Director and have an uncapped earning potential. Please note that this position will start with a very competitive commission structure, but no base salary.

This position requires an individual with strong problem solving, leveraging of existing relationships, cultivation of new relationships and management of the sales and operations team to meet revenue targets. The candidate would be responsible for managing the post-sale process, including the oversight of all customer support data entry, and training internal teams on operational processes.

Requirements

  • Must be entrepreneurial minded
  • Prospect potential B2B clients primarily via outbound phone calls and emails
  • Qualify potential clients to ensure there is a match with the services we provide
  • Identify and reach the decision maker of prospect accounts
  • Use effective presentation and selling techniques to convert qualified prospects into revenue generating active clients
  • Build proposals and communicate pertinent information to clients
  • Monitor new client onboarding process and support company operations to achieve a successful initial launch
  • Meet or exceed a minimum quota for proposals, presentations, and closed opportunities
  • Make cold calls, site visits, attend tradeshows and other events,
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in a B2B sales role, selling intangible services in either software or staffing services
  • Connectivity into small and medium sized firms in the market
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Should be proficient in using CRM software solutions
  • Prominent organization, time-management, and presentation skills
  • Highly energetic self-starter with the ability to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities.
  • Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
  • Internet research, strong work ethic, highly professional attitude and appearance
  • Obsessive detail-oriented mindset

Any of the following a plus

  • Experience working in logistics, steel or similar heavy industrial setting
  • Experience with quality control, quality assurance, loss control
  • Experience in social media marketing and business development
  • Experience planning and executing webinars and web recording
